When will I be charged for the order, I placed?
Your card will be charged as soon as the order is placed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay, Checks, Money orders.
Will I pay sales tax on my order?
You will pay sales tax if your billing address is in the state of Arizona.

How do I know the status of my order?
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once an order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order.
Is it possible to cancel an order after it has been placed?
To attempt an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at 602-687-0099. We will verify the order status and inform you if cancellation is possible. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot assume responsibility for return shipping costs.
When ordering a gift, will the packing slip show the prices?
No, the packing slip included with your order will only list the style number of the item without displaying any prices. Additionally, our shipping boxes are unmarked, concealing the contents within.
What are the warranty terms for purses and bags?
Our Designers offers a warranty of up to three months on hardware. For structural failures, the warranty extends to six months. Our return policy for undamaged items allows for returns within three weeks from the receipt of the order. Certain Designers provide extended warranties for leather handbags, which you can review by visiting the designer's website or by contacting our store at 602-687-0099.
