When will I be charged for the order, I placed?

Your card will be charged as soon as the order is placed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay, Checks, Money orders.

Will I pay sales tax on my order?

You will pay sales tax if your billing address is in the state of Arizona.

May I call in my order over the phone?

How do I know the status of my order?

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once an order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order.

If you do not receive an email confirmation with an order number, please check your Shopping Cart to ensure that your order was finalized. In addition, please confirm that our email was not filtered by reviewing your Spam folder.

Most in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days from our warehouse. Once your order ships, you will be sent another email with the tracking information for your package. If you do not receive this email, please confirm that our email was not filtered by reviewing your Spam folder.

 

 

To attempt an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at 602-687-0099. We will verify the order status and inform you if cancellation is possible. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot assume responsibility for return shipping costs.

 

When ordering a gift, will the packing slip show the prices?

 

No, the packing slip included with your order will only list the style number of the item without displaying any prices. Additionally, our shipping boxes are unmarked, concealing the contents within.

 What are the warranty terms for purses and bags?

Our Designers offers a warranty of up to three months on hardware. For structural failures, the warranty extends to six months. Our return policy for undamaged items allows for returns within three weeks from the receipt of the order. Certain Designers provide extended warranties for leather handbags, which you can review by visiting the designer's website or by contacting our store at 602-687-0099. How do I know if you have a product in stock?

The Check Availability feature is located directly on product pages near the "Add to Cart" button and provides more details on the item's status We recommend checking if the product is in stock before adding it to your cart and checking out

Expand this section for more information about when the product estimated to ship. We use internal data and data provided by our procurement partners to estimate how long it will take to ship an item. This feature provides an estimate of shipping time based on various factors, and it may take longer than estimated to ship an item. Some reasons for delays include:

Drop Ship from a Supplier - We work with our suppliers to ensure we provide what you need when you need it, but occasionally suppliers will experience unforeseen delays in production or shipment.
